摘要
集安市1996年春从河南洛阳引种杜仲进行栽培试验,结果表明:在自然驯化状态下,适应性强,无冻害,长势良好;12 a生的纯林平均树高为7.2 m,平均胸径为6.8 cm,混交林平均树高为10.7 m,平均胸径为5.5 cm。干叶片有效成分分析结果显示:钙、磷、钾、钠、镁、铜的含量分别是原产地杜仲的1.3倍、2.9倍、1.6倍、52.6倍、1.6倍、1.4倍;还含有绿原酸2.49%、水溶性糖20.36%、蛋白质11.38%、氨基酸14.45%。
In spring 1996, cultivation test of Eucommia ulmoides introduced from Luoyang, Henan Provine was conducted in Jian City, Jilin,China. The results showed that Eucommia ulmoides had strong adaptability, no frozen injury, and showed good growth in the natural state of domestication. The average tree height and average diameter at breast height of 12 - year - old pure forest was 7.2 m and 6.8 cm, respectively, while those of the mixed forest were 10.7 m and 5.5 cm, respectively. Analysis of active ingredients for dry leaf blade of Eucommia ulmoides revealed that the contents of calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, copper were 1.3, 2.9, 1.6, 52.6, 1.6 and 1.4 times that of its origin, respectively. Also, it contained 2.49% of chlorogenic acid, 20.36% of water- soluble sugar, 11.38% of protein, and 14.45% of amino acids.
