摘要
大学教学评价是一个价值选择和博弈的过程,实质上体现为两种理性的对峙和冲突;表现在评价的价值选择上文化与实用、决策与学术、绩效与内适等方面的矛盾和割裂,从而导致教学评价实践中的管理主义、“弱价值”及异化倾向,使评价不能成为促进大学教学质量提高的有效手段,并加剧了大学组织的科层化与企业化。
The university teaching evaluation is a value choice ,as well as a value competition.It is virtually embodied in conflict between two kinds of rationality in culture and practice,the decision-making and academic,the achievements and suitably and so on.Thus it causes the managerialism,“the weak value” and the dissimilation tendency on teaching evaluation,which becomes ineffective method on teaching,and intensified the branch stratification and the commercialization of the university organization.
