摘要
目的了解职业技术学院学生对艾滋病的知识、态度和性观念的现状,为探索有针对性的艾滋病行为干预提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法对一所职业技术学院的502名学生进行匿名式问卷调查。结果学生对艾滋病三大传播途径有较高的知晓率,但是还缺乏系统的知识结构,大部分学生对艾滋病感染者和与之相处的态度还存在着偏差和歧视。结论对职业技术学生开展综合性的艾滋病防治和性教育非常必要,有助于提高他们自身的防病知识,并促进其行为改变。
Objective To understand the current status of knowledge,attitude about HIV/AIDS and sexual conception among students in a technical college,and to provide evidences for behavior intervention of HIV/AIDS.Methods An anonymous survey was conducted among 502 students from a technical college selected by stratified sampling and cluster sampling.Results The students of technical college had much more knowledge about three routines of HIV/AIDS transmission,but were lack of systematic knowledge of HIV/AIDS.Most of them were afraid of keeping in touch with HIV infected persons.They had discrimination against HIV infected person.Conclusion Based on the findings of this study HIV/AIDS and sex health education for college students is necessary.The proposals will help college students improve their knowledge about HIV/AIDS and reduce their high risk of sexual behavior.
