摘要
医学生实习是整个教学工作的重要组成部分。我院通过实习生实习教育管理路径的探索,整体效果明显,实习生的实习行为规范、专业理论、技能操作和教师带教水平得到了较大提高,为医学生实习探索一套行之有效的方法。
The clinical practice of medical students is important part of medical education system.The effective approach of administration in internship plays an important role in clinical teaching.We explored a new approach of medical education in dministration of internship of medical students in our hospital,and found that the behavior norm,technical skill and manipulation, speciality theory of medical student and the clinical teaching level of teacher were improved significantly.The application of approch in medical education and administration is an effective way in the medical student' clincal practice.
