摘要
综述《伤寒论》方的君药组方原理研究近况。研究君药的源流、涵义、定性、定位。君药源流,一起源于《神农本草经;》二起源于《素问.至真要大论》。君药涵义,主要是指针对主病或主证起主要治疗作用的药物。君药定性从历史来源看,主要有三种观点:《神农本草经》的君药固定论;《黄帝内经》的君药随证论;李东垣的君药按量论。从目前研究现状看包括:君药原则论、君药结构论、君药原理论、君药主药论。定位方面包括传统君药定位法、现代实验研究君药定位法。
In this article we used documentary study method to review the principle of sovereign drug about Treatise on Cold-induced Febrile Diseases.Search origin,the summary of meaning,the summary of qualitative,the summary of location.The origin of sovereign drug should be made in two aspects: 《Shennongbencaojing》 and 《Suwen·zhizhenyaodalun》.The meaning of sovereign drug includes main one aspect.The summary of qualitative includes two parts,the one is the historic source,the other is current status.The historic source should be made in three aspects: fixed theory of sovereign drug about Shennong's classic of meteria medica,followed syndrome theory of sovereign drug about the cannot internal medice,soveign drug according to lidongyuan's dose theory.There are five parts about the summary of qualitative from the present: the rule of sovereign drug,structure theory of sovereign drug,principle theory of sovereign drug,zuo'main drug.The location of sovereign drug should be made in two aspects:traditional methods and modern experimental.
