摘要
本文分析了转鼓试验台测试汽车制动力的原理,并比较了它和滚筒反力式制动试验台测试方法的不同,设计了一组制动力测试试验,通过对数据的回归分析,实现了将转鼓测试得到的部分负荷下的制动力转化为汽车的最大制动力,从而数据满足GB7258对整车出厂制动力检测的要求,解决了生产的实际问题。
This paper introduces the principle of braking power testing on the roll brake tester, and compares the testing principle between the roll brake tester and roller opposite force brake tester, one series tests are done on the roll brake tester and roller opposite force brake tester, the testing data is repression analyzed and one formula is got to calculate the maximal brake force when a car is tested on the roll brake tester, so the testing data satisfy the standard GB7258.
