摘要
分析武汉城市圈工业发展及用地情况,总结影响武汉城市圈工业用地集约利用的市场失灵和政府管制缺陷两方面因素。结合武汉城市圈工业用地发展的具体情况,构建了以市场调节、政府干预和公众参与机制为核心的武汉城市圈工业用地集约利用机制框架。在该框架思想的指导下,探讨分析了集约利用武汉城市圈工业用地的具体措施。
This paper analyzes the industrial development and land use situation in the Wuhan City Circle, and discusses the two major factors influencing the industrial land use, that is, market failure and government control deficiencies. Based on the specific situation of industrial land use of this city circle, the paper constructs the mechanism frame of industrial land intensive use involving market regulation, government intervention and public participation, under the guidance of which, the paper explores specific measures which can help intensive use of industrial land in the Wuhan City Circle.
