摘要
在基于区间参数可靠性的设计过程中,往往需要根据各设计参数的重要度次序,综合考虑加工成本因素而对关键参数的取值区间进行合理调整。文中通过理论推导,并结合算例说明,功能函数的区间因子半径与结构可靠度互为倒数;重要度越大的区间参数,其需要调整的范围可以越小。文中方法与有限元相结合可明显降低计算量,这对于那些无法给出显式函数的复杂工程问题的求解具有借鉴价值。
The interval factor method is used to describer the uncertainty problem. Firstly, the expression of the structural reliability is deduced by use of the interval factor, as well as the expression of the sensitivity and the significance of the interval design variables. Following investigation shows that more sensitive the interval variable, less adjustment of them is needed to satisfy the target function of the design problem. In order to cat down the consumption of the calculation, the method deduced is combined with the finite element analysis tools such as ANSYS. Finally, an example is given to testify the rationality of the method.
