摘要
基于Pro/E和ADAMS建立了自行研制的混合型齿轮传动的动力学模型,采用ADAMS/View控制工具箱建立了齿轮传动的输出角度位移PID双环控制系统模型,由齿轮传动动力学模型及其输出角度控制系统模型构成了齿轮传动控制系统虚拟样机模型。典型输入信号的仿真分析结果表明,建立的齿轮传动控制系统虚拟样机具有有效的工程应用性,齿轮传动输出角度控制系统能够满足工程控制目标要求。
A mixed type of gear transmission was dynamics modeled by Pro/E and ADAMS.Based on the dynamics model,the output displacement of the PID two-loop control system for the gear transmission was modeled by the control toolkit of ADAMS/View.The virtual prototype of the control system for gear transmission is assembled.The simulation results of several classical input signals indicated that the virtual prototype of the control system for gear transmission is validity,and the control system can meet the engineering control aim.
