Studies on Gas Phase Ethylene Copolymerization in Commercial Fluidized Bed Reactor Ⅰ A Time Series Modeling of Molecular Weight

摘要 通过对工业流化床乙烯共聚合反应器流动与反应特性地分析,提出了模拟产品聚合物平均分子量的时间序列模型及系统常数的更新与修正的递归模型。利用该模型模拟工业装置的平稳操作过程和切换产品时的过渡过程的树脂熔体指数,表明该时间序列模型可以很好地模拟生产数据。 On the basis of the investigation of hydrodynamics and ethylene copolymerization in industrial fluidized bed polymerization reactors,a time series model has been proposed to predict the melt index of the resulted resins The system constant in the model is updated in time by means of a recursive formula The predicted results are in good agreement with the measurements when the model is applied to the melt index of commercial LLDPE samples representative of the period of transition from the stable conditions of a former grade of resin to a different one that follows
