LMP-6型双功能金属钝化剂的工业应用

摘要 LMP-6型双功能金属钝化剂是洛阳石化工程公司炼制研究所针对催化裂化加工过程中存在的重金属污染、特别是钒污染问题,研制开发的一种水溶性双功能钝化剂。在茂名石化公司炼油厂1.2Mt/a重油催化裂化装置上分别讨国产CHZ-2催化剂和进口Ramcat-LC-1催化剂进行的工业应用试验结果表明,在基本一致的操作条件下,平衡剂上重金属污染镍约10000ppm,钒约6000ppm,钠约4000ppm时,LMP-6型钝化剂可使富气中氢气产率下降6.4~12.6个百分点(统计),汽油收率提高约5个百分点,平衡催化剂微反活性提高4~6个单位;汽油诱导期提高,产品质量改善。 The dual-functional metal passivator LMP-6 developed by the Refining Research Institute of Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation for solving the problems of heavy metal contamination in catalytic cracking process, especially for vanadium is a water soluble passivator. Commercial tests conducted on the 1200000t/yr RFCCU with the domestic catalyst CHZ-2 and the imported catalyst Ramcat-LC-1 in the refinery of Maoming Petrochemical Corporation indicated that, under basically identical operating conditions, when the contandnative heavy metal contents on equilibrium catalyst being nickel 10000ppm, vanadium 6000ppm and sodium 4000 ppm respectively, passivator LMP-6 decreased the H2 yield in rich gas by 6 .4 ~ 12. 6 percentages (statistically ), increased the gasoline yield by 5 percentages and enhanced the MAT of equilibrium catalyst by 4 ~ 6 units. While the induction period of gasoline was increased and product quality upgraded.
