牛边缘无浆体病原学研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 边缘无浆体病是由边缘无浆体引起的一种严重危害牛养殖业的传染病。本文概述了边缘无浆体病原形态学、分类学、体外培养以及种系发生关系的研究现状,并总結了近年来对边缘无浆体主要表面蛋白(MSPs)的基因调控机理和病原表面蛋白的研究进展。 Anaplasmosis is one kind of infectious diseases caused by Anaplasma marginale which have serious harm to cattle breeding. In this article, the development of A. marginale on pathogen morphology,taxonomy, culture in vitro and phylogenetic relationships were reviewed,and the mechmlism in major surface proteins gene regulation and the progress on surface proteins are summarized.
