摘要
电机状态监测系统传感器种类多、通信线路复杂以及实时性、可靠性等问题。本文提出了基于CAN总线的大型电机三轴磁场实时监测系统及其架构设计,基于MSP430单片机设计与实现了三轴磁传感器、CAN节点模块,并对CAN总线上层传输协议进行初步编制和使用。通过构建的最小CAN总线系统,验证了基于CAN总线的三轴磁场数据传输及部分通信协议的可行性、实时性和可靠性。
A great deal of various decentralize sensors are used in electrical machine state monitoring system. In this paper, a realtime three-axes magnetic monitoring system of electrical machine is designed reasonably based on CAN. The three-axes magnetic sensor is designed and debuged, the node of sensor network is modularization designed, and the protocols of CAN's transport layer is principly programmed. A smallest CAN system is constructed, which validated that the system based on CAN is feasible, real-time, effectively, and very dependable.
