摘要
通过分析天然气价格机制的现状及问题,提出了价格机制改革的新思路。指出我国应推进天然气定价市场化进程,建立天然气和替代能源的联动价格机制,设立专门管制机构以加强定价成本监控,并相应地完善天然气产业管制的法规体系。
Through the analysis on the status quo of and problems in the pricing mechanism of natural gas in China,this paper put forward some new ideas for the reform of the pricing mechanism of natural gas in China, and points out that China should push forward the marketization process of the pricing mechanism of natural gas,perfect the linkage mechanism for the prices of natural gas and alternative energry resources,establish regulatory bodies to strengthen the regulation of the cost of natural gas, and perfect the legal system for natural gas industry.
