摘要
为提高气象报文的编发质量和时效,研制了新乡市气象报文编发监控报警系统。该系统包括气象报文数据库设计、智能语音报警、编发报文、查询报文4个功能模块。通过编发报文模块,预报员能迅速编写气象报文,并自动完成报文的上传和下发;系统具有一定纠错能力,还可对发出的气象报文自动登记备案。
In order to improve compiling and sending quality and time effect of meteorological message, we develop the Xinxiang alarm and monitor system on compiling and sending meteorological message. It includes the design of meteorological message database, intelligent voice alert, compiling and sending meteorological message and message inquiry module. Through compiling and sending meteorological message module, the forecaster can quickly compile meteorological messages and automatically complete the upload and issue of the messages. The system has correction capability and registration for record on the sending meteorological message.
