摘要
无线局域网（Wireless Local Area Network，WLAN）是计算机网络与无线通信技术相结合的产物，随着它的不断成熟和普及，在安全性、稳定性得到保证的前提下，这种技术在医疗领域的应用也更加广泛和有效。作为医院有线局域网的补充，WLAN克服了有线网络的弊端，医护人员利用PDA、平板无线电脑和移动手推车电脑，可随时随地进行生命体征数据采集、医护数据的查询与录入、移动查房、床边护理、病人标识码识别以及基于WLAN的语音多媒体等应用，充分发挥了医疗信息系统的效能，突出了数字化医院的技术优势。
Wireless Local Area Network （WLAN） is produced through the combination of computer network and wireless communication technology, and as it becomes more and more mature and popular, it will be applied more widely and effectively only if the security and stability is guaranteed. As the supplement for hospital wired LAN, WLAN conquers the weak points of wired network; besides, medical workers can make data acquisition of vital signs, inquiry and input of medical data, mobile ward round, beside nursing, and patient marking identification, as well as application based on voice and multimedia of WLAN at any time by PDA, wireless panel PC and mobile trolley PC, which fully exerts the effect of medical information system and pops out the technology advantage of digital hospital.
