下尿路梗阻性肾积水患者逼尿肌功能测定 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨下尿路梗阻性肾积水患者逼尿肌功能特点及测定检查过程护理配合。方法回顾性分析证实为下尿路梗阻性肾积水患者300例和下尿路梗阻非肾积水500例患者逼尿肌功能测定护理配合要点、检查结果和并发症发生情况。结果肾积水组低顺应性膀胱和膀胱活动低下发生率以及残余尿量显著高于对照组,而相对安全容量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。逼尿肌功能测定后肾积水组发热性泌尿系感染发生率为3%,显著高于对照组(0.6%,P<0.05)。其测定过程中除一般护理配合,还应特殊护理配合,包括严格限制检查适应症、检查时间和重复检测次数、联合超声纠正膀胱容量误差、及时留置导尿管或进行有效自我清洁间歇导尿和常规预防性应用抗生素。结论下尿路梗阻性肾积水患者多伴有严重的逼尿肌功能障碍,其测定过程中除一般护理配合,还应注意特殊护理配合,以有效预防其检查引起的上尿路感染和保证测定结果准确性。
