摘要
目的介绍大块耳轮缺损1期修复技术。方法应用陈氏对外伤性耳廓部分缺损修复术式,并改进设计以耳廓缺损前缘为蒂的耳后乳突区皮瓣,携带耳甲后软骨块,或以缺损缘一端为蒂,切取一条正常软骨宽0.3～0.4cm,固定支撑,皮辦包卷覆盖塑形。供区两个V-Y滑行推进皮瓣或断层皮片移植修复。结果完成手术11例,均获成功,耳廓总体不减小,形态恢复较满意。结论此方法为修复大块耳廓缺损提供了简便、安全可靠的一种新方法。
Objective This is to introduce a modified method for one-stage reconstruction of traumatic partial ear defect. Methods The Chen's method for repair of traumatic partial ear defect was modified and improved. During the operation, a postauricular-mastoid flap based on the edge of the helix defect was raised. As the frame, a piece of concha cartilage taken together with the flap or costal carti- lage of 0. 3～0.4 cm in width was fixed to the auricular defect. The postauricular donor site was repaired using two v-y advanced flaps or split skin graft. Results The operation results were all excellent in 11 cases. Conclusion The operation method is useful in repairing traumatic partial ear defect, which is easy and safe.
