摘要
以粉煤灰、低品位石灰石、分析纯氧化镁和硅酸盐水泥生料为原料,在实验室YFX 16Q-YC高温箱式电阻炉的不同温度条件下进行Q相水泥熟料和硅酸盐水泥熟料的煅烧制备。对试验获得的Q相水泥熟料样品进行了矿物组成X射衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)图谱分析,对试验获得的Q相水泥熟料和硅酸盐水泥熟料进行了游离氧化钙f-CaO质量分数测定比较。结果表明;以粉煤灰和低品位石灰石为主要原料,在1320℃可煅烧出合格的Q相水泥熟料;在1320℃温度条件下,Q相水泥熟料样品和硅酸盐水泥熟料样品的游离氧化钙f-CaO分别为1.29%和5.65%;粉煤灰和低品位石灰石配料制备Q相水泥熟料,较传统硅酸盐水泥熟料的制备,其生料易烧性得到较大改善;粉煤灰和低品位石灰石配料制备Q相水泥熟料,其煅烧温度较传统硅酸盐水泥熟料煅烧温度约降低80-130℃。
Coal fly ash,low-grade limestone , analytical pure MgO and raw meal of poland cement clinker were selected as experimental materials. Quaternary phase cement clinker and portland cement clinker were calcinationed on high-temperature box-type resistance furnace under different temperatures at laboratory. Samples of quaternary phase cement clinker were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS). Free-CaO content of quaternary phase cement clinker and portland cement clinker were measured. The results show that at 1320 ℃ quaternary phase cement clinker could be calcinationed;at 1320 ℃, and free-CaO contents of quaternary phase cement clinker and portland cement clinker were 1.29% and 5.65%, respectively. Compared with calcination of portland cement, burnability of quaternary phase cement clinker was improved greatly; calcination temperature of quaternary phase cement clinker was (80--130)℃ lower than that of portland cement clinker.
