摘要
目的目的分析耳廓假性囊肿的临床特点,观察艾灸治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效。方法对我院2001年7月～2007年2月211例患者(213侧)耳廓假性囊肿随机分组,治疗组127例(129耳)采用艾灸治疗,对照组84例采用穿刺抽液并注入地塞米松治疗,7d为1疗程,共4疗程,然后评价疗效。结果127例(129耳)使用艾灸治疗4疗程后,治愈123耳,好转4耳,无效2耳,总治愈率95.3%;对照组治愈率为82.1%。结论艾灸治疗耳廓假性囊肿安全有效且具有简便易行、经济实用、无痛苦、治愈率高。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of moxibustion in Treatment of pseudocyst of aurical. METHODS The clinical data of 211 cases （213 ears） in hosipital from July 2001 to February 2007 were divided randomly into treatment group （ n = 129 ） and control group （n = 84 ）. The former was treated with pseudocyst of aurical twice everyday, while the latter was treated with paracentesis and injected dexamethasone once a week. After 4 weeks＇ treatment, the curative effect of the 2 groups were evaluated. RESULTS After treatment, in the treatment group,123 ears were cured,4 cars had an improvement,2 ears had no effect. The total cure rate was 95.3%. The total cure rate in control group was 82. 1%. CONCLUSION It is feasible to treat pseudocyst of aurica with moxibustion. This method has advantages of safety , effctiveness and without wound.
