摘要
基于IEC61850标准实施的数字化变电站,通信协议结构发生了很大的变化。重点分析了数字化变电站中数据采集部分,阐述了数字化变电站的电能计量系统与传统计量系统的区别。对于与传统计量系统差异最大的2个部分:数字互感器和数字电能表,从原理上进行分析比较,按照IEC61850-9-1或IEC60870-5-1协议规范,设计了数字电能表和数字计量系统的典型应用结构。计量系统中数字电能表的校验装置,因电流、电压信号输出采用了IEC61850协议设计,与传统校验仪在实现方法上存在较大差异,对此进行了分析,提供了目前较为可行的解决方案。
The communication protocol structure of digital substation based on IEC61850 has greatly changed. The data acquisition of digital substation is analyzed and the difference between the metering system of digital substation and the traditional metering system is described. There is great difference in two parts, digital transformer and digital Watt-hour meter, which are analyzed and compared in principle. The typical application structures of digital Watt-hour meter and digital metering system are put forward in accordance with IEC61850-9-1 or IEC60870-5-1 protocols. As the output current and voltage signals of digital Watt2hour meter adopt IEC61850 protocol, the digital Watt-hour meter verification equipment of digital metering system is quite different from traditional one in implementation, for which the corresponding analysis is given and the feasible solution is presented.
