摘要
目的探讨c—Met、Survivin在大肠癌中的表达以及二者与肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法选取经病理证实的51例大肠腺癌(直肠癌22例,结肠癌29例;Dukes分期:A期13例,B期14例,C期15例,D期9例;高分化16例,中分化25例,低分化10例,手术切除组织标本。用免疫组化SP法检测c—Met、Survivin的表达及微血管密度(MVD)。结果大肠癌组织中c—Met、Survivin的阳性表达与肿瘤部位无关(P〉0.05),与Dukes分期密切相关(P〈0.05)。大肠癌中c—Met、Survivin均为阳性时MVD值为37±9,单一阳性时的MVD值分别为32±5、26±7,均为阴性时MVD值最小,为14±6。大肠癌组织中c—Met、Survivin的表达呈显著正相关(rs=0.693,P〈0.05)。结论c—Met和Survivin在大肠癌发生、发展、转移过程中起重要作用,并与肿瘤血管生成相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of c - Met, Survivin in colorectal carcinoma and their relationship with angiogenesis and the significance of clinicopathology. Methods Immunohisto- chemical SP method was used to detect the expression of c - Met and Survivin and microvessel density (MVD) in 51 cases of colorectal carcinoma. Results The positive expressions of c - Met and Survivin were correlated with Dukes stage ( P 〈 0.05 ). In colorectal carcinoma, the MVD was 37 ± 9 when both c - Met and Survivin were positive expression, when both of them were negative expression, the MVD was 14 ± 6. There was a significant correlationship between the expression of c - Met and Survivin ( rs = 0. 693, P 〈 0. 05 ) in colorectal carcinoma. Conclusions e - Met and Survivin play a key role in the development, invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma and correlate with the tumor angiogenesis.
