摘要
目的:观察加味葛根芩连汤治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法:对照组40例给予补液、纠正电解质紊乱,中药组52例加用中药。结果:总有效率中药组96.15%,对照组75.00%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),中药组疗程较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:加味葛根芩连汤治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效明显。
Objective：observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Gegen Qinlian Decoction for autumn diarrhea in infants. Methods： has 40 cases and the Chinese traditional medicine is added in the other 52 groups. Results：the total efiqciency rate of the group which used the Chinese traditional medicine is 96.15%, which clearly better than 75.00% in control group. They have evident difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And the 52 groups have smaller period of treatment than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：Jiawei Gegen Qinlian Decoction has evident effect in treating the autumn diarrhea in infants.
