摘要
接连发生的世界经济失衡、全球金融危机、全球经济衰退等事件使现行国际货币体系的缺陷及改革又一次成为了学界关注的焦点。在现行货币体系中中俄两国均面临着潜在风险,如果两国在参与国际货币体系改革、推进本币国际化进程中,能够积极协调人民币和卢布之间的竞争与合作关系,那么必将有益于新兴市场经济国家在国际金融秩序建设与改进中维护自身的利益并增加自己的话语权。
In the context of world economy unbalance,global financial crisis and economic recession,the weakness of the existing international monetary system and its reform have become hot issues.Based on analyzing the potential risks of China and Russia in this system,the essay makes an exploration of how to construct a reciprocal beneficial relationship between Yuan and Ruble when reforming the international monetary system and pushing forward the internationalization process of both currencies.Through these discussions,we hope new emerging economies can not only safeguard their own benefits but also increase their voice in reshaping the international financial order.
