摘要
利用ANSYS软件,采用将制动盘摩擦面的散热转化为逆向热流密度的方法,对300km/h动车组拖车制动盘的温度场及应力场进行了瞬态仿真分析。根据仿真结果,对制动盘的温度分布及变化规律、盘内热应力分布、最大热应力发生位置的走向及制动盘温升对轮轴温度的影响进行了分析。
With the use of ANSYS software,and the method to transfer the heat radiation at the friction plane of the brake discs into the inverse heat flow density,the transient simulation analysis is made for the temperature field and stress field of the brake discs for trailers in 300 km/h multiple units.On the basis of the simulation result,analysis is made on the temperature distribution and changing pattern,heat stress distribution,the trend of position where the maximum heat stress appears on the brake disc as well as the effect of the temperature rise of brake discs on the temperature of the wheelsets.
