摘要
为进一步了解牙本质神经的分布,用单克隆鼠抗人神经丝蛋白(NFP)和即用型SABC试剂盒,对人发育完成的年轻恒双尖牙进行免疫酶组织化学染色。结果表明,冠部NFP阳性神经纤维的分布在牙本质的内1/3丰富,中1/3较少,外1/3较多。在牙本质小管内的延伸程度达轴牙本质界。提示神经在牙痛机理中可能起主要作用。
In order to have a better understanding of the distribution of nerves in human dentin,immunohistochemistry by using an antiserum against neurofilament protein(NFP) was applied for staining nerve fibers in the human teeth.The results showed that dental nerves were rich in the crown and there were more nerves in the outer 1/3 part of dentin than that in the median 1/3 part.The nerve fibers got into the dentinoenamel junction in the coronal region.The study suggested that toothache was mainly due to the effect of nerves.
