摘要
介绍了万向电动叉车的研究现状与研究意义,分析了螺旋滚轮的运动特性,提出了螺旋滚轮的轮体设计原则和设计方法,建立了螺旋滚轮的设计模型,并根据模型计算得出了万向电动叉车螺旋滚轮的各关键参数值。最后结合工程实际对关键参数做出调整,并给出已研制的螺旋滚轮实际参数。
In this paper, the present situation and significance of omni - directional electric forklifts are introduced, the characteristics of mecanum wheels on kinematics are analyzed. Then, the principles and methods of designing mecanum wheels as well as the designing model of them are proposed. Basing on that, the key parameters of mecanum wheels of omni -directional electric forklifts are finally calculated. Finally, taking engineering circumstances into consideration, the actual parameters of mecanum wheels which have been produced are given.
