摘要
目的寻找一种简便、快捷、准确、经济、易掌握的颅内血肿立体定位方法。方法先根据CT片,在头皮表面贴3个MARK标记点,行CT扫描,确定YL-1万特福穿刺针定位穿刺点。结果对89例脑出血患者的颅内血肿和3例颅内病灶活检进行MARK标记CT定位立体定向穿刺,术中复查CT,均快速、准确地到达了靶点,准确率100%。结论利用MARK标记CT定位的简易颅内血肿立体定向法进行穿刺,操作简便、快捷、准确、经济、易掌握,尤其适用于急性脑出血定位。
Objective To explore a simple, fast, accurate and economical method to grasp the intracranial hematoma stereotactic. Methods According to the first CT films in the surface of the scalp, pasting 3-point marks, then the CT scan was performed to determine YL-1 million-upon needle puncture point position. Results In eighty-nine cases of cerebral hemorrhage in patients with intracranial hematoma and 3 cases of biopsy for intracranial lesions MARK mark CT stereotactic needle positioning, intraoperative reviewing CT, it all quickly and accurately reach the target, 100% accuracy. Conclusion The use of MARK CT to mark the location of intracranial hematoma is simple, fast, accurate, economical, easy to grasp, and especially applicable to the positioning of acute cerebral hemorrhage.
