摘要
本研究应用荧光技术观察了艾灸前后老龄小鼠内脏组织脂褐质的水平，结果发现，艾灸后老龄小鼠的心、脑、肾组织中的脂褐质较对照组明显下降，其差异有非常显著性意义。说明艾灸能减少内脏组织中脂褐质的沉积，防止其对内脏的损害，从而延缓内脏组织的衰老，维持其正常的生理功能。由此可见，艾灸在净化血液。
Fluorescence technique was employed to observe the level of lipofuscin in the internal organs of old mice before and after the application of moxibustion.The result showed that the level of lipofuscin in the mice's heart,brain and kidney dropped markedly,indicating that moxibustion can reduce the accumulation of lipofuscin in the organs,thus delaying ageing of the organ tissues and maintaining normal physiological functions.It follows thal moxibustion has certain effect in purifying blood,preventing ageing and regulating organ functions.
