摘要
目的通过中医辨证施法,观察手法治疗L4/5椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选择34例单一的、病程短的L4/5椎间盘突出症患者,通过中医辨证牵引、手法按摩推拿。结果34例患者经手法治疗后痊愈及有明显改善33例,腰椎磁共振(magnetic resonance imagigng,MRI)突出椎间盘有明显回复,治疗前后有显著性差异。结论手法治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症有明确效果,可作为急性腰椎间盘治疗的重要选择手段之一。
Objective To evaluate curative value of manipulation on 4/5 lumbar disc herniation. Methods united traditional Chinese drug and traction, acute 4/5 lumbar disc herniation of 34cases were treated with manipulation.The changes of symptom and magnetic resonance imaging were evaluated pro-- and post--treatment. Results Relived symptoms were observed in 33cases, and one case had no improved. After treatment, herniated 4/5 lumbar disc were abated on all cases and significant difference were observed between pro-- and post--treatment. Conclusion Manipulation on acute lumbar disc herniation indeed have positive effect and should be one of mainly therapeutics on acute lumbar disc herniation.
