摘要
目的：研究维生素Ｋ３对芬太尼的药理作用。方法：用气相色谱法测定血浆芬太尼浓度。结果与结论：１．Ｋ３能拮抗芬太尼引起的血压下降和心率减慢作用。２．Ｋ３能拮抗芬太尼引起的呼吸抑制。３．Ｋ３能缩短试验动物的睡眠时间（Ｐ＜０．０５）。４．Ｋ３具有拮抗芬太尼对阿片受体的作用。５．用气相色谱法测定１６个血样品均未检出芬太尼。
bjective: We observed the effect of vitamin K3 on the pharmacological action of fentanyl. Methods:Plasma fentanyl was measured by gas chromatography. Results and Conclusion: (1) Vitamin K3 could antagonize the lowering of the blood pressure and the slowing of the heart rate caused by fenftanyl. (2) Vitamin K3 could counteract the respiratory depression of fentanyl. (3) The effects of vitamin K3 on the sleeping duration of experimental animals given fentanyl. (4)Vitamin K3 could counteract the effect of fentanyl on the opaite receptors. (5)Gas chromatography was used in our experimemt to examine 16 serum samples, but no fentanyl was detected.
