摘要
目的与方法:使用孤立前臂技术、前臂局部降温、记录单个重复刺激尺神经时姆指内收肌收缩反应。在志愿受试者双前臂上观察中度低温对维库溴铵、罗库溴铵(rocuronium)和十季铵(de-camethonium)消退作用的影响。结果:当皮肤温度下降5~7℃时,维库溴铵和罗库溴铵的恢复指数从常温时8.8±1.5和9.6±2.7分别延长至15.6±3.3和19.6±6.5(P<0.01),十季铵的恢复指数无显著改变。恢复指数变化与温度变化间比例常数维库溴铵和罗库溴铵分别为3.21±1.34和2.86±0.82,十季铵为1.29±0.26。结论:非去极化肌松药维库溴铵和罗库溴铵作用的消除可能是受温度影响的生物学过程,去极化肌松药十季铵作用的消除可能是较少受温度变化影响的物理学过程。
bjective and Methods:Using an isolated forearm technique,forearm hypothermia,the force of contraction of the adductor pollicis muscles of both forearms of unanesthetized human volunteers were measured.Results:With a 5~7℃ difference between the arms the recovery index of vecuroniumn and rocuronium was delayed by hypothermia,but no significant change in the recovery index of decamethonium was observed.The mean Q(the proportional change in recovery index over change in temperature) for vecuronium,rocuronium and decamethonium was 321±134,286±082 and 129±026 respectively.Conclusion:Vecuronium and rocuronium recovery is a biological process influenced by hypothermia and decamethonium recovery is a physical process.
