摘要
目的观察局麻下Lichtenstein手术在老年腹股沟疝中的应用疗效。方法采用同期病人对照方法,将92例老年腹股沟疝患者分为局麻下Lichtenstein手术组和硬外麻传统手术组,比较2组的疗效、手术并发症、复发率、住院时间、下床活动时间及平均总费用。结果Lichtenstein手术组伤口疼痛、住院时间、下床活动时间、手术并发症及复发率等均明显小于传统组。2组手术时间和住院总费用无明显差别。结论局麻下Lichtenstein手术操作简单、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少、复发率低,是安全可行的。
Objective To investigate application value of the Lichtenstein style operation under the local anesthesia for the old age＇s inguinal hernia. Methods Using contrast method for the synchronization patients,92 old age＇ s inguinal hernia cases were divided into two groups,one of the groups cases were operated by the Lichtenstein style operation under the local anesthesia,another group cases were traditional operation under the epidural anesthesia,then contrast effect, complication, recurrence rate, l,ying in bed time and average cost between two post-operative groups. Results The wound pain, inpatient time, Lying in bed time, complication and recurrence rate in Lichtenstein style operation under the local anesthesia group were all obviously less than traditional operation under the epidural anesthesia group,there was no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion The Lichtenstein style operation under the local anesthesia was easy in operation procedure,and has the feature of minimally invasion, recover fast,low complication and recurrence rate,so it was a safe and feasible operation style.
