摘要
目的:探讨胃肠癌患者的营养和免疫状况以及营养不良与免疫状况的关系。方法:检测了多项营养和免疫指标,分析了92例胃肠癌患者的营养和细胞免疫状况。结果:①胃肠癌患者的营养不良发生率为25.0%。②胃肠癌患者外用血NK细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化率、CD3及CD4细胞都较对照组低(P<0.01)。③营养不良的癌症患者,NK细胞活性、淋巴细胞总数(TLC)和CD4/CD8比值较营养良好者下降(P<0.05)。结论:胃肠癌患者常存在着营养不良和细胞免疫功能低下,营养不良可加重患者免疫功能的损害。
Objective:To study the relationship between the malnutrition and the immune status in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods: Nutritional and immunological parameters were determined in 92 patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Nutritional and immune status and the effect of malnutrition on immune function were analysed. Results: ①25.0% (23) of the 92gastrointestinal canoer patients suffered from malnutrition. ②NK cell activity, lymphocyte transformation rate(LTR), CD3 and CD4 cells percentages of the cancer group were significantly lower than that of the non - cancer control group(P < 0.10). ③NK cell activity, total lymphocyte count(TLC), and CD4/CD8 ratios of the malnutrition cancer group were significantly lower than that of the well-nourished group(P < 0.05). Conclusions: Malnutrition and immunosuppression often coexist in patients with gastrointestinal caner. Malnutrition might aggravate immune dysfunction. NK cell activity, TLC and CD4/CD8 ratios might be the immunological parameters that erlate to mutritional status.
