Leep刀治疗宫颈糜烂的临床观察 被引量：16

摘要 目的探讨Leep刀和微波治疗中、重宫颈糜烂的疗效比较。方法将检查确诊为中、重度宫颈糜烂的324例患者随机分为2组,Leep刀治疗组159例,微波治疗组165例,对2种方法疗效进行分析。结果Leep刀组手术时间少于微波组有显著性差异(P<0.05),2组术中出血量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。中、重度宫颈糜烂的痊愈率比较,Leep刀组优于微波组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论Leep刀优点为手术时间短、治愈率高,对中、重度宫颈糜烂是安可全、有效的治疗方式。
