摘要
社区卫生服务是医疗卫生工作的重要组成部分，有着丰富的道德内涵。社区卫生服务适应医学模式转变的需要，在更高的水平上为人民服务；社区卫生服务保障病人的权利，彰显医学的人道主义本质；社区卫生服务有利于建立新型的医患关系，促进医德医风好转；社区卫生服务保证卫生资源的充分利用，提高卫生服务的整体水平。
The Community health service is an importantly component part of medical work,rich in moral meaning. It adapts itself to the requirement of the changing of the medical model so as to serve the people with a higher quality;it ensures patients'rights and exposes the nature of medical humanism ; it beenefits the establishment of a new type of the relationship between doctors and patients, improving medical morality; it guarantees the full use of medlcal resources and promotes the overall quality of the medical service.
