摘要
依照苎麻纤维的结构特点,结合生产实际,探讨了高支苎麻织物用活性染料染色的工艺条件,包括活性染料的选择、碱剂的选择、中性盐的选择、染色温度、染色时间等对织物染色的影响,确定了高支苎麻织物活性染料大生产的最佳工艺及其染色设备。
In accordance with the structural characteristics of ramie fiber, combined with the actual production we studied the dyeing process of high-count ramie fabrics with reactive dyestuffs, including the effects of the choices of alkaline agent and neutral salt, dyeing temperature, dyeing time on fabric and developed the optimum dyeing conditions and equipment of the finest ramie fabrics in bulk.
