摘要
本研究对亚麻RAPD反应条件进行了优化,并利用240个随机引物,以亚麻抗病品系9801-1和感病品种DIANE杂交得到F2代分离群体构建的DNA混合池为模板进行RAPD分析。经过三轮的筛选,结果只有OPP02引物能在亲本和抗感混合池间扩增出稳定的多态性,命名为0PP02792。
This experiment optimized the RAPD reaction conditions in flax. 240 arbitrary primers were used to perform RAPD analysis for screening a pair of DNA primers with the bulk constructed from F2 populations crossed between resistant line 9801-1 and susceptible variety Diane. After RAPD analysis, only OPP02 amplified a 792bp polymorphie band in all individuals from 9801-1 and resistant bulk, the band was absent in all individuals from Diane and susceptible bulk. This polymorphie band was named 0PP02792
