摘要
在家兔胎儿期和哺乳期采用先天不足与后天失养因素复制体弱易感动物模型。结果，比较直观地复制出幼兔体温偏低，被毛散乱无光泽，皮松体轻，不耐寒冷，舌淡而白，容易感邪等症征，且微观研究呈脏器重量减轻，胸腺和脾脏免疫器官出现病理改变，体液和细胞免疫功能降低，致病菌气管攻击试验较易感受外邪的侵袭，而且室外耐寒试验检易出现易感症状等。
n animal model of poor and susceptible constitution was established. It was caused by congenital deficiency and postnatal malnutrition during foetus and suckling in rabbits. Otherwise low temperature of the body, light coat color, loose skin, light weight poor cold-resistant, and white tongue appeared in rabbits. The histological results showed pathological change of the breast gland and spleen and a functional decrease of body fluid immunity and cell immunity. The rabbits were susceptible in bacterial infection test. There were some symptims in cold-resistanttest. These results accord with the clinical traits.
