摘要
通过Wistar大鼠尾静脉注入白色念珠菌,建立了大鼠念珠菌病实验动物模型。并较系统地观察了念珠菌病的心、肝和肾等脏器的生物化学指标的变化情况,进行了血细胞分析,结果提示白色念珠菌对心、肝和肾等脏器的功能均有不同程度的损害;通过进行真菌培养计数,测定了血液对白色念珠菌的清除速度;
model of candidiasis was developed in this paper. The candida albicans were injected into wistar rats via a lateral tail vein. The changes of hematological and biochemical characteristics of rats with experimental candidiasis were systematically observed. The results suggested that Candida albicans can cause some damage of heart, liver, lung and kidney of wistar rats. The Candida albicans in the blood can be cleared 99% within 2 hours .The survival rate of each experimental group was also observed.
