摘要
超声心动图检查６１０例老年患者，结果显示老年退行性瓣膜病的检出率有随年龄增加而增加的现象，相同年龄组男性检出率明显高于女性，总检出率为４８．５２％，瓣膜病变部位以主动脉瓣最多见，其次为二尖瓣和主动脉瓣联合病变，未检出肺动脉瓣及三尖瓣的退行性病变；不同病因中老年退行性瓣膜病的检出率以高血压和冠心病联合病变时最高，单纯冠心病者瓣膜退行性变检出率高于单纯高血压病者，无心脏病者未检出退行性瓣膜病病者；本文提示动脉粥样硬化可能是老年退行性病变的主要原因，高血压病可能仅是其中一个促发因素，防治动脉粥样硬化有助于减少老年退行性瓣膜病的发生。
? Ultrasonic cardiogram examination were performed in 610 elderly patients. It showed that positive rate of degenerative valvular disease (DVD) was propotional to the age increasing and the rate was higher in male than in female. The total positive rate was 48.52%. Degenerativ valvular lesion most commonly occured in aortic valvular and less commonly in aortic plus mitral valvular. Etiologic analysis showed that DVD occured in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) more often than in those with hypertention (H) and the patients with CHD plus H had the highest frequency of DVD. It suggested that atherosclerosis was probably the dominated factor of DVD, H was possibly one of the promitive factors.
