摘要
[目的]研究大珠母贝贝苗的池塘中闻培育技术。[方法]分3批提供贝苗3万、43万和15万粒(2.0—3.0mm)开展水泥池塘(335m^2)吊养,贝笼选用20、40和80目的用不锈钢和聚乙烯网片制作的圆形笼,先用网目密的贝苗笼,随着贝苗的生长逐渐换用网眼大的笼。一般日换水量在10%-30%,控制水透明度在60-80cm,水温不超过33℃。按比例投放饵料,定期泼洒营养盐,约5d追肥1次。[结果]3枇人工繁殖的贝苗,经4个月的水泥池养殖,平均壳长分别增长至35.8、27.7和23.4mm,平均壳高分别增长至30.1、24.9和20.1mm,成活率分别为29.5%、17.4%和17.9%。[结论]大珠母贝种苗池塘中间培育生长速度快,成活率高,有望克服海区养殖的大规模死亡问题。
[ Objective ] The purpose was to study the intermediate culture technology of Pinctada maxima spats in pond. [ Method ] The spats were supplied in 3 batches of 30 000,430 000 and 150 000 pcs (2.0 - 3.0 mm) resp. for their hanging culture in a 335 m^2 cement pond, the spat cages with 20, 40 and 80 meshes were round and made from stainless steel and polyethylene nettings. The spat cages with dense mesh were used at the beginning, and exchanged for the cages with bigger mesh along with the growing of spats. Generally, the daily quantity of exchanged water was 10% -30%, the water transparency was controlled in 60 -80 cm, and water temperature was not over 33 ℃. The food should be supplied in proportion, the nutrient salt should be sprayed periodically and the topdressing should be done once for every 5 d. [ Result ] After the spats were cultured for 4 months in cement pond, the average shell lengths of artificial breeding spats in 3 batches increased to 35.8, 27.7 and 23.4 mm resp, their mean shell heights raised to 30. 1, 24.9 and 20.1 mm resp, and their survival rates were 29.5%, 17.4% and 17.9% resp. [Conclusion] P. maxima spats intermediate cultured in pond grew fast and had high survival rates. This method was hopeful to overcome the spats mortality in large scale in sea cultured.
