毛樱桃作砧木嫁接大樱桃初探 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]比较毛樱桃作砧木2种方法嫁接大樱桃的效果。[方法]以毛樱桃作为砧木,大樱桃作为接穗,比较腹接和插皮接2种方法进行大樱桃嫁接的效果。[结果]嫁接方法对接穗的成苗率和成活率影响不是很大。采用腹接的方式成活率在85.0%,采用插皮接的方式成活率是86.4%。二者的成苗率差别也不大,成苗率腹接还要高于插皮接,腹接的成苗率为81.0%,插皮接成苗率为80.9%。嫁接方法对接口愈合状况和苗木生长量也有影响,采用腹接接口的愈合程度要好于插皮接,但是插皮接的苗木生长量好于腹接。当年苗插皮接的长势较好,新梢高和新梢粗均高于腹接。[结论]该研究为大樱桃的广泛栽培奠定了基础。 [ Objective ] The aim was to compare the effects of 2 kinds of methods for grafting Prunus avium with Cerasus tornentosa as rootstock. [ Method] With C. tomentosa as rootstock and P. avium as cion, the effects of 2 kinds of methods of side grafting and bark grafting for grafting P. avium were compared. [ Result] The grafting method had little effect on the seeding rate and survival rate of cion. The survival rate of P. avium grafted by side grafting was 85.0% and that by bark grafting was 86.4%. The difference on the seeding rate between them was also little. The seeding rate of grafting P. avium by side grafting was higher than that by bark grafting. The seeding rate of grafting P. avium by side grafting was 81.0% and that by bark grafting was 80.9%. The grafting method also had effects on the interface healing condition and growth increment of seedlings. The healing degree of the interface of side grafting was better than that of bark grafting, but the growth increment of seedlings of bark grafting was higher than that of side grafting. The growth vigor of seedlings grafted by bark grafting in the current year was better and its height and coarseness of the shoot were higher than that of side grafting. [ Conclusion ] The research laid the foundation for the wide cultivation of P. avium.
