摘要
[目的]研究各种外源添加物对富马酸代谢网络的影响。[方法]通过在发酵初始阶段添加各种外源物质,考察其对富马酸生成的影响。[结果]单因素试验表明,乳酸、VB12、Tween 40对富马酸的生成起促进作用。正交试验结果表明,发酵乳酸、VB12、Tween 40的最佳配比为乳酸0.5 g/L、VB120.2μg/L、Tween 40 0.2 g/L,此时富马酸积累最为显著。[结论]该试验为生物法制备富马酸的工业化生产奠定了基础。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of exogenous supplements on fumaric acid metabolism network. [ Method ] Some organic acids, vitamin and surfactant were added into the culture medium to investigate the effects of these chemicals on fumaric acid production. [ Result ] The results of sino-factor experiment showed that lactic acid, VB12, Tween 40 had the positive effects on fumaric acid accumulation. The results of orthogonal test showed that the best concentration of the three factors were lactic acid 0.5 g/L, VB12 0.2 μg/L, Tween40 0.2 g/L, under this condition, fumaric acid accumulation was well improved. [ Conclusion] This experiment provided a basis for the industrial procduction of fumaric acid with biology methods.
