稀土镧对桑树生长及桑叶品质的影响研究 被引量:10

摘要 [目的]研究稀土镧对桑树生长及桑叶品质的影响。[方法]通过盆栽和室内试验相结合的方法,研究了不同浓度的镧对桑树生物量及桑叶叶绿素、淀粉、可溶性糖含量的影响。[结果]结果表明,低浓度镧(≤30 mg/kg)可促进桑树生物量的生长及桑叶叶绿素、可溶性糖、淀粉含量的增加,30 mg/kg时达到最大值,而镧浓度在高于30 mg/kg时对桑树生物量的生长及可溶性糖、淀粉产生了明显的抑制作用,呈现低促高抑的"Hormesis效应"。当镧浓度达到试验设置的最高浓度600 mg/kg时,桑树植株矮小,叶片生长明显受阻。[结论]该研究为稀土镧的农用提供科学依据。 [ Objective ] The purpose was to study the effect of rare earth element La on the growth and quality of mulberry leaf. [ Method ] Through the ways of combination of pot experiment and indoors experiment, the influence of La with different concentrations on physiological index of mulberry such as biomass and chlorophyll content, soluble sugar and starch and so on were studied. [ Result ] The result showed that La in low concentrations could promote the growth of mulberry, meanwhile it could increase the output which might reach maximum value. When the concentration was 30 mg/kg, the biomass and chlorophyll content, soluble sugar, starch of mulberry leaf would increase, but if the concentration was over 30 mg/kg, La would have inhibitory action on the growth of mulberry leaf. The low-promote and high-restrain was called "Hormesis effect" . When the concentration reached 600 mg/kg, the stem length of mulberry would be small and short, its growth would be baffled obviously. [ Conclusion ] This research will provide the scientific reference for agricultural use of rare earth element La.
