摘要
目的:探讨体外震波碎石病人压力及焦虑情况,探索解决病人焦虑问题的护理方法.方法:应用Zung焦虑自评量表,通过问卷调查的方法对100例碎石病人的焦虑状态进行评估.结果:观察组碎石前通过有效的心理护理,碎石前后血压、脉搏没有显著性差异,而对照组碎石前后血压及脉搏有显著性的差异.结论:多方位的心理护理,为病人提供了心理支持和健康教育,从而减轻患者的焦虑恐惧心理,使她们在身心最佳的状态下接受治疗,并得到了康复.
Objective： To investigate the tensions and the anxieties of patients with extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy and find the nursing means to solve the problem. Methods： Applying Zung self-rating anxiety scale to assess the states of anxiety of 100 patients with extraeorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy by questionnaire. Results： For the patients in observed group by effective mental nursing, there was no significant difference in blood pressure and pulse before and after lithotripsy, but for the patients in control group there was. Conclusion： Various mental nursing can provide the mental supports and educations of health,and reduce the anxiety and terrified mentality of patients.Sequentially patients accept the medical treatment in their best physical and mental state, and rehabilitate as soon as possible.
