功能完备的多用途新闻数字采编实验平台由"新闻数字摄影和图像处理"、"报刊电子排版"、"新闻电子采编和发布"以及"摄像、演播和后期制作"四大系统均衡构成。其组成环节和相关设备,应以经济高效为原则加以优化和精选;在空间布局上,也以功能区分、集中安放的开放式布局为佳。
A complete multi-functional digital experimental platform for news gathering and editing includes four maj, balanced systems ： ＂ News digital photography and image processing system＂, ＂Electronic newspaper typesetting sy tem＂, ＂News electronic editing and publishing system＂ and ＂Camera, studio and post-production system＂. Its compos tion and related equipment should be optimized and selected on the principle of cost-effectiveness. As for its layout, should be divided into different functional areas where the equipment are placed together according to their functions.
