中药超声雾化吸入防治放射性口腔炎临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察滋阴清热合剂雾化吸入对放射性口炎的预防和治疗作用。方法90例接受放射治疗的头颈部恶性肿瘤患者随机分为A、B、C组各30例,A组于放疗同期进行中药超声雾化吸入,B组待Ⅰ级放射性口腔炎出现后进行,C组仅用多贝氏液漱口。结果A、B组Ⅲ、Ⅳ级放射性口腔炎发生率相近,两组与对照组差异显著;A、B组显效、有效和总有效率相近,两组与C组差异均显著。结论滋阴清热合剂雾化吸入对放射性口腔炎有良好的预防和治疗作用。 Objective: To observe the preventing and therapeutic effeet of nourishing yin and clearing heat therapy by aerosol inhalation t'or radiation - induced oral mucositis. Methods: Ninety cases of head and neck malignant tumour were divided randomly into three groups. Group A( n = 30)was treated with herbs for nourishing yin and clearing heat by aerosol inhalation during radiotherapy. Group B ( n = 30) was treated with same herbs after the first level radiation- induced oral mucositis was observed. Group C( n = 30) as the control group was treated only with mouth wash. Results: The Ⅲ, Ⅳ level radiation - induced oral mucositis decreased obviously in group A and B. The effective rate in the two groups was increased significantly as compared with the group C. Conclusion: The nourishing yin and clearing heat therapy by aerosol inhalation exerts a good effect in preventing and treating radiation - induced oral mucositis.
