摘要
工业镁化合物主要包括氧化镁、氢氧化镁、氯化镁、硫酸镁、碳酸镁5大系列产品及其他镁化合物,其在国民经济中具有广泛应用。指出目前应重点发展特种氧化镁(如活性氧化镁、电工级氧化镁、硅钢级氧化镁等),阻燃级氢氧化镁,各种晶须、高纯、纳米级镁化合物等功能产品,提升镁化合物产品质量水平,以满足国内外市场需求。对镁化合物的发展方向提出几点建议:镁化合物生产应重点建立万吨级企业,走规模化之路;重点推广低温热解专利技术、卤水-石灰乳法制取氢氧化镁技术和膜分离技术等。
Industrial magnesium compounds, including five series products, such as magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide,magnesium chloride,magnesium sulphate and magnesium carbonate and other magnesium compounds have extensive uses in national economy. To satisfy the demand of internal and external markets, now it is necessary to keep focus on developing special magnesium oxides { e. g. active magnesium oxide, electric grade magnesium oxide, and silicon-steel grade magnesium oxide etc. ） , fireproofing magnesium hydroxide, and functional magnesium compounds （e. g. whisker, high-purity and nano-sized magnesium compounds ） and on improving the quality of magnesium compound products. Some suggestions on the development of magnesium compounds were put forward, for example, to build ten-thousand level plant, to realize scale production,to generalize the patent technique of pyrogenation in low temperature,preparation technique of magnesium hydroxide by lime-brine method, and film separation technique etc..
