摘要
针对某电厂省煤器爆管事故,从各方面进行了检查、分析,发现由于焊接质量的原因,造成高速流体对受热面管的大面积"吹损",从而造成省煤器的爆管,为解决爆管事故提供了技术分析手段。
The causes of economizer tube explosion in a power plant were analyzed, and the results showed that the main cause was due to bad weld quality which resulted in serious washout on heating surfaces by high-velocity fluid body.
